We used Black Refried beans and left over pulled pork, my boys loved it!

Tried the recipe without the avocado and just used what was handy. It turned out delicious!

Is there something missing in the directions? Are the tostadas supposed to be baked before you top them with ingredients?

This turned out really good. I used whole wheat tortillas and made my own tostada shells. I brushed a little olive oil on them and sprinkled a small amount of cheese, baked on 400 for 5 minutes on each side. I also forgot to put the salsa and lettuce on but it was a big hit. Rally filling too.

Simple, quick, and delicious. I was tired of making beef tacos, so this was something pleasantly different.

This was so easy and tasty! The biggest prep time came from the chicken. I added taco sauce for more flavor.
