Undone Stuffed Pepper Casserole recipe

Well done, we say. Layering the ingredients in a casserole saves time and delivers big flavor in this smart main. Using brown rice adds even more goodness to the mix.

Made this the other night in advance I think it only made it taste better. I used ground turkey instead of beef and brown rice instead of white. It was a big hit with my boyfriend since he loves stuffed peppers will def make again!

Very good, and a hit with my husband, who is the person who likes stuffed peppers! Next time, I'll make an extra, as it seems this recipe will freeze well.

I wasn't sure how this recipe would turn out, but it surprised me how much I liked it. My hard to please husband liked it as well. Needless to say if he likes it then I will be making it again!

I would definitely make this again, but add onions when browning the beef and cooked bacon before putting it in the oven.

I have always made my stuffed peppers using V8 juice so decided to try that instead of pasta sauce, turned out very good. This recipe is great. So many possibilities

Way easier than stuffed peppers and better flavor too. I did make a few changes. I used brown rice instead of white. I used one red pepper & one green. I also diced up a slice of onion. I used a can of Hunts Zesty & Spicy spaghetti sauce. Next time I will use my homemade turkey sausage instead of the hamburger.

this was really good. I used ground turkey instead of ground beef & used brown rice instead of white rice. Hubby really loved & has requested it again! Makes great leftovers also!
