My family loved this recipe- even hubbs who hates peppers. The only changes I made were I only used one green pepper, used brown rice, half an onion and I added a little water to get the spaghetti sauce all out of the bottle. I also cooked the onion and pepper longer. This will go into rotation at our home for sure!!!

Quick, Easy, Affordable...I made this with low fat ground turkey and whole grain brown rice. Yum! Even better than stuffed peppers!

I used an orange bellpepper instead of green, since that is my preference. I also seasoned with salt, pepper, 21 Seasoning Salute (from Trader Joes) and Italian seasoning. It was excellent! I also used instant rice to speed up the process.

Awesome!! So much easier then stuffing peppers but it still incorporates all the flavors.

I used one bell pepper and that was plenty. Add a little garlic. The flavor was excellent and everyone loved it. My husband even took it for lunch the next day!

I added one chopped onion, and substituted a red pepper for a green pepper. Better than filled peppers! This is a keeper!
