I didn't have high hopes for this - I made it because my husband likes stuffed peppers and I don't so this was a compromise. I was pleasantly surprised. I tasted it before I baked it and it seemed bland. I added pepper, garlic and onion powders, crushed red pepper and a little Italian seasonings. I also added a little grated Parmesan on top. With those additions, I thought it was pretty tasty.
