This was a great casserole! Both my husband and I love stuffed peppers but I find them time consuming. This was easy and fairly quick. I didn't make any changes to the recipe and it did taste like stuffed peppers! It didn't have a wow factor which is the only reason I didn't rate it five stars.

I didn't have high hopes for this - I made it because my husband likes stuffed peppers and I don't so this was a compromise. I was pleasantly surprised. I tasted it before I baked it and it seemed bland. I added pepper, garlic and onion powders, crushed red pepper and a little Italian seasonings. I also added a little grated Parmesan on top. With those additions, I thought it was pretty tasty.

This recipe is good! I used one large pepper, chunky garden combo style spaghetti sauce and 1.5 cups rice. Most likely will make again.

My family liked this casserole. I used diced frozen green pepper and next time I'll buy fresh. I accidentally put too much rice but still ok. I also added some finely sliced green pepper. This has wonderful flavor and is something different. We ate with garlic bread.

I LOVED this recipe! I used ground chicken instead of beef, brown rice and my homemade sauce. I felt this was easier that doing regular stuffed peppers and I will definately be making this again!

Use a flavored spaghetti sauce, I used a chunky garden style with peppers & mushrooms. I also added a little water to the jar to use all the sauce. LOTS of flavor and it was not dry at all. My husband loved this and there is more than enough for 2 meals for 2 people. This one is a keeper!

Very Bland - recipe makes too much and has no flavor. I will not be making this again.
