Very good. I may add just a little more sauce next time.

I thought this was delicious, and the kids loved it too. I used Velveeta in the beef prior to baking and added a little seasoned salt too. We will definitely do this again!

If I make this again I will need to add some seasoning to the meat and the sauce. It was a little bland

Our family loves this recipe. It's so easy and I can make it ahead and then pop it in the oven when needed.

This was a great casserole! Both my husband and I love stuffed peppers but I find them time consuming. This was easy and fairly quick. I didn't make any changes to the recipe and it did taste like stuffed peppers! It didn't have a wow factor which is the only reason I didn't rate it five stars.

I didn't have high hopes for this - I made it because my husband likes stuffed peppers and I don't so this was a compromise. I was pleasantly surprised. I tasted it before I baked it and it seemed bland. I added pepper, garlic and onion powders, crushed red pepper and a little Italian seasonings. I also added a little grated Parmesan on top. With those additions, I thought it was pretty tasty.
