We substituted ground turkey like another reviewer since we didn't have any ground beef and it was really good. Just make sure you season the meat really good. We used garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Will def make again!

I substitued ground turkey instead of ground beef. To my surprise it was very easy to make and very delicious. Will be making this again.

This was absolutely delicious! It was so easy to throw together with basic ingredients, and gave the same fantastic taste as a stuffed pepper without all the work. We liked this so much that we've decided it will be our dinner contribution during our 15-person family vacation in June; it will be so easy to pre-prepare these dishes, freeze them, and then just pop them in the oven when we're ready. Such a great recipe!

Absolutely fabulous! I added a little onion to the meat when I browned it, but that is the only modification. Family loved it.

This recipe was really good and easy to make. My family liked it, I will definitely make this again. I think next time I may try the instant brown rice instead of the long grain, it takes nearly an hour to cook.

This dish was so easy to make and very good. I only changed one thing: I didn't think my son would eat it if he knew there was so much bell pepper, so I did a fine chop rather than the coarse chop. I would definitely make it again.
