I came across this recipe a few years ago and it is a favorite of my family. All my kids love it. I actually dice the peppers, otherwise kids pick them out because they're too large. Always a huge hit for dinner!

This recipe was soooo good! My whole family loved it, even the picky two year old. Will definitely make this over and over again.

This is so good! Since hubby and son don't like the bellpepper, I cut it up real small - and they couldnt tell...have made the several times...side salad and garlic bread on the side maKE IT PERFECT. Great for leftovers too

Great recipe, quick and easy. Used brown minute rice, added half a cup of chopped onion. Kraft cheese with a touch of Philly is impossible to find, used a combination of Italian blend and mozzarella. Everyone gave a thumb's up.
