This was so easy and so tasty! We had it with parmesan cheese grits and it was a wonderdful meal....we will make it again and again I am sure!!!

I really enjoyed this for something different. It was, however, REALLY spicy! Made our noses run and it was a little too hot for my husband. Maybe when I make it again, I'll cut back a smidge on the Cajun seasoning or try to cut it with something else to ease up the heat. Other than that, I loved it!
