I really enjoyed this dish, my kids did too, they love nachos and this was a different spin on it. The rice was great too, I used a garlic flavored brown rice mix....it came out delicious.

An excellent option for chicken breasts. Easy clean up. Best with a liberal covering of fresh salsa and the chicken breast cut in half to keep it nice and moist.

My husband and I thought it was good, but a bit bland. Next time I am going to sprinkle the chicken with taco seasoning while it bakes. I also added some red and green pepper with the onions- it was a good addition.

As always this was an awesome recipe! I never alter your recipes, they are already fabulous and I think it disrespectful to change them but, I ran out of brown rice and I improvised with Spanish rice in a box. Not as healthy as brown rice but very delicious. The crushed chip, bacon, salsa, grape tomato, sour cream combination was outstanding! Family has already asked again for it twice. I always expect the very best from Kraft and I have never been let down yet! Thanks for great products and terrific recipes!!!

This chicken is wonderful served on a bed of mixed salad. Yes ;-) Hot over crisp cold salad. For those not wanting to include the rice.

I substituted a can of chili ready diced tomatoes for the cherry tomatoes in the rice. It spiced it up a little. Without that I think it may have been a little bland. Other than that I followed the recipe, and the results were delicious. My husband said we have to make this again.

Great dinner recipe and the rice was awesome. We added chiles to the rice to spice it up a bit. Yum Yum

Love this recipe. I was shocked when my 8-year-old not only ate it but asked for seconds! He's such a picky eater! I've since shared this recipe with a friend and her teenagers loved it as well. Great recipe!
