This is a new family favorite! My son & hubby love the garlic & lemon combo - and it is super easy to whip up on a busy night.

Just okay. A little bland for our taste and probably will not make again.

Nice and lite. I added onion powder, garlic powder, and rosemary. At the end, I added garlic salt to the potatoes to give them a little more flavor.

Husband & 2 year old approved! I have used bone in & breast, both with lots of flavor. When I use the breast I cut it into strips & I double the sauce. And if you don't have lemon's just squirt some lemmon juice on the top.

I seasoned my chicken with a garlic, salt and pepper before putting dish together. I also added the 1 tea. Rosemary we enjoyed the added flavor. My husband liked it;and I will make again. Thelma

This dish was worth the wait. The potatoes took an extra 45 minutes to cook and for the chicken to brown. The chicken was still moist even with the extra cooking time. I seasoned it with salt and pepper too, so it wasn't lacking in flavor. To make this dish within the cooking time stated you could par-boil the potatoes and brown the chicken in a skillet before putting in the oven.

This recipe was too dry and tasteless. If I were to make it again I would definitely cover it. That may keep in the moisture.

Good flavor and easy to put together with very few ingredients. I did add onion and covered dish with foil for first 30 minutes of baking. Will make again soon!
