Very Light to eat and easy to make. You can add any veggie too.

this is great and easy, I did cook the chicken with some of the tuscan dressing for flavor,& used frozen peas&carrot mix to make it even faster!I had some for lunch the next day cold which was tasty too!

Thought this was mediocre, at best. Not much flavor. Didn't think the chicken broth added anything - and didn't cook down in the time given (not sure if it was supposed to or not). I don't care for chicken that's cooked w/o spice or marinade so I didn't like the chicken in this either. And being an amateur cook, it took me WELL over 15 mins to prep this. Some tweaks to this recipe could make it decent. On a postive note - the fresh basil was a nice touch and the savior of what little flavor this had.

Even better the next day. Mini bowtie pasta makes this easier to "handle", especially for the kids. I have also made this with shrimp instead of chicken. Both are great!

Toddler approved! I think I would chop up the onions instead of just slicing them next time. The basil definitely added much needed flavor, and a dash of salt. My picky husband liked it, too. I like that it was tasty and healthy!

This will become a new staple in our house! I added sliced asparagus instead of frozen peas and it was wonderful. Tasted fresh and healthy - great recipe!

Made it during Lent so I eliminated the chicken but added asparagus and vegetable broth. added Salt and Pepper for more flavor. Guests liked it and even had seconds.

It was extremely bland. After we tasted it I dumped the whole pot down the garbage disposal. Thoroughly unacceptable.
