This was such an easy dish to make and everyone loved it. Can't wait to make it again!
Not very good. Way too many contrasting flavors going on here. I didn't feel like they complimented each other.
This turned out great but I didn't follow the recipe exactly, either. I didn't have fresh parsley, so I used dried. I also used onion powder instead of green onion. I substituted the BBQ sauce mixture with honey BBQ sauce. Overall, it worked out and even my toddler loved it!
This was THE best chicken I've ever ate! And to think I made it right here at home, too. I pounded the chicken with a meat mallet to about 1/4 in. thick which made it so tender. My husband loved it and said it just "melts in your mouth".
I didn't care for this. The flavors clashed and had a funny taste. I might try to revamp because it looked good, but I didn't care for it as is.
This was amazing! I didn't have any parsley for the cream cheese middle, so i used a little bit of basil paste instead. It worked great. When I cooked it for my boyfriend he said it was the best chicken he has ever had!
This was soooo good! Instead of pounding the chicken I filleted the breasts in half and stuffed them with the cream cheese mix. My hubby and friends all enjoyed the dish, I served with steamed broccoli and angel hair pasta.
Neither my husband or me liked the flavor of the cream cheese spread that the chicken was stuffed with.
I didn't have all of the ingredients on hand so I changed it to fit what I had. Instead of cream cheese and green onions I used goat cheese with Mediterranean herbs and Kraft Greek Vinaigrette. I lightly salted and peppered the chicken on both sides before assembling then baked it according to the original instructions. It turned out great. My husband and kids loved it.
This was delicious! It was surprisingly easy to make and looked great. I sprinkled a little cheese on top last 5 min of baking for an extra touch. I'll definitely make again!
