This looked SO promising. The bbq/apricot sauce with the chicken and bacon was delicious but the cream cheese stuffing just clashed horrendously with everything else. I can't think of how to tailor the recipe to my liking.. it just didn't work for us. What a bummer!

My family loved this! I subsituted no fat cream cheese, used red onion instead, basil and 2T. of italian dressing. Excellent!

I am learning to reduce receipes for one, but it would be nice if this web site did it for me. Actually the only way I like chicken breast is pounded flat.

I thought the effort was not worth the taste. Don't get me wrong, it was tasty, but pounding out chicken, rolling it up...that's a bit of a pain, especially when you're just going to cut it all up on your plate anyway. Its only pretty until you take a few bites.

this was very good, i bought 4 chicken cutlets and pounded each with a frying pan since i didn't have a mallet, seemed to work ok, i left out the parsley and hot pepper sauce since my husband and i are not fans, don't leave out the bacon! i almost did and glad i didn't, it goes very well with the flavor, will be making these again

This is a quick and delicious recipe. I made this after a night of sporting events. The family loved it! They asked me to increase the quantity next time I make it. This recipe was voted as a keeper.
