We really liked this. I did use the Kraft Italian cheese blend (shredded) instead of just mozzarella.

There have been lots of comments on this being bland and they are RIGHT! surprisingly it is INCREDIBLY bland! I think adding 1/2-1 teaspoon salt to the cheese mixture would do wonders for this dish. However, it still rates very high and I would make it again. My children, who don't eat anything w/ enthusiasm, gobbled this up. It was like a mac and cheese to them and I liked it b/c they ate the spinach w/o a second thought.

Very good and easy! Followed the recipe, except used ricotta instead of cottage cheese. Next time, will add garlic powder and pepper to the mixture before baking.

Loved this recipe...always looking for something new/different to do with pasta and this was a good way to "hide" a vegetable! I did add fresh garlic to mine--not sure I would have liked it as much if I hadn't.

Love this recipe. Its one of our favorites. Not sure how people think its too dry, just make sure you don't cook it too long. I've added grilled chicken with it before, and substituted the 5 Cheese Italian blend for the mozzarella. Will continue to make--its so yummy!

It was too dry - something just wasn't right about the flavors.

Really easy and quick to put together and tasted delicious. I was wary of making a vegetarian dish for my meat loving husband but he ended up taking the leftovers to work for lunch for an entire week and raved about how good it was!

Great way to get the family to eat their spinach! My very picky teenage kids ask for this dish weekly. I didn't even make changes to the recipe like I normally do!
