This recipe was okay. It was bland, even with the pre-cooked chicken that I added to it. It's like it's missing some sort of spice or seasoning. I used about 8 oz. of spinach upon the other recommendations, which seemed like plenty. I'd make it again b/c it makes a decent meat-free dish (especially during lent.)

I agree, I would only use half the amount of spinach. The recipe seemed a little bland to us although we did like it.

I would only use half the amount of spinach, since all we tasted was a strong spinach taste. Will try it again and use more cottage cheese.
