I made this recipe today. It is very dry and needs salt. If I make this again, I'll add some milk or 1/2 & 1/2 and salt & pepper.

Not bad, but bland. I did add 2 cloves of garlic & some salt & pepper based on previous reviews, but it wasn't enough. It was a little drier than I would have liked but not horribly dry. I wouldn't make it again only because I have similar recipes to try so no need to try this again.

Due to many stating this recipe was dry. I changed the recipe a little.. I put in about 6 oz.cream cheese and 2 cups of cottage cheese. It was not dry at all. I also added about 1/2 cup of chopped onion and 1 tsp. of minced garlic when I was cooking the spinach. I also added about 2 tsp. of Italian Seasoning to the spinach mixture, after it was cooked.. It was good, even my husband, who doesn't like spinach, ate a good size amount. He even took the leftovers for lunch the next day.

I LOVED this recipe!! I did make some changes though. I used 8oz of cream cheese, 15oz of Ricotta cheese instead of cottage, I added 2 chicken breasts as well. It also didn't call for any spice so I added 1 t. of Italian Dressing season mix and a heaping spoonful of minced garlic. I feed 4 adults and a 4 year old and still had left overs!! WILL DEF MAKE IT AGAIN!

This recipe is VERY bland, the only thing I did differently was use fresh spinach and I didn't heat the milk, but those things don't alter the overall taste of the recipe. I was looking forward to it; I love all the ingredients! For some reason, they don't work well together in this recipe.

I used skim ricotta instead of the cottage cheese. When complete, this recipe really needed some spice, maybe sauteed garlic and basil or oregano. Next time, I will try with spice.

instead of the regular cream chees i used the philidelphia cooking cream with garlic and herbs, I also added 2 tsp garlic cloves and 1 cup of marinara sauce with a dash of salt and black pepper.. yum
