I forgot to add the eggs, but I think it just made it more gooey and cheesy vs. dry like the other reviewers wrote. Maybe just one egg, not two. I added salt, pepper, garlic, garlic powder, and a bit of garlic salt, so it wasn't bland, but it was still boring tasking to me. Think it could use some chicken and mushrooms, or maybe bacon to complete the flavor. A good base recipe I'll try it again with meat, and my boyfriend loved it!

Amazing... Definitely a family favorite!

The whole family loved this! I try to make a no-meat meal once a week, and this dish made it so easy. My meat loving husband didn't even notice that it had no meat, and the kids gobbled up the spinach! Win, win! This recipe will become a staple in our house!

I was not a big fan of this, but my boyfriend loved it.

I modified it a bit. I left out the cottage cheese and added lots of salt, pepper and other seasoning.

love cheese but this was too chessy w/o enough flavor!

I thought this was pretty good, but was dry and on the bland side. I think next time I make it I will add more seasoning and make it with frozen creamed spinach instead of plain spinach. That might help make it creamier too.

Excellent dinner and couldn't be easier. After seeing it mentioned that it was bland, I made sure to salt the pasta, added a clove of garlic to the spinach mix, swapped out 2 ounces of mozzarella for some italian 5 cheese blend, and added about 1/2 tsp. of garlic/pepper. My family devoured it!

I thought it was good, but it needs more fetta chesse so that is not so dry!
