I made this dessert for my card club. When I started melting the chocolate and Cool Whip, I couldn't believe that it would set. It got raves all around. I've made it for two other gatherings since, and everyone loves it, even those who say they don't like peanut butter!
To make me feel less guilty, I used a fat-free butter spray instead of butter and reduced fat Oreos, to make the crust. I used fat-free ice cream and reduced fat chunky peanut butter. Because I prefer almonds, that's what I put on top.
This is truly delicious!!!!
