This was a great recipe my 3 kids who NEVER like the same things for dinner even liked this. It doesn't even have to go on the grill.

I added my own twist the third time around. The calories are higher but its kind of good for me because I was pregnant. Instead of ranch dressing I used chipotle ranch dressing which adds a lot of calories!!! I used Spinach, shredded carrots and Peppers instead of coleslaw. My husband and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it considering we like spicy food. :)

These were very easy to make and came out great. I made it without the chili powder and they were still good. I also added a little extra cheese.

My husband was a little skeptical about this dish at first but after he ate one he came back for seconds. I left the lime juice out and it still tasted amazing!

We made these the other night and each ate one and threw the rest away. They weren't good...maybe substitute the coleslaw with something else.

Delicious!! I enjoyed this recipe. And did not change a thing. There was enough seasoning in the recipe. This is easy and a delightful Mexican style dish. Easy fast I can not say anymore. ED from: Boston, MA (spinach1948)
