This recipe was a hit with my family. I added green onions and a little Cajun spice for a little extra kick. It was fantastic. Perfect dinner for a hot summer night.

So good! I switched the basic cole slaw mix to the brocolli slaw mix, it is a bit crisper and used all light or fat free ingredents. My whole family loved it!!! So easy, and so delicious!!

This was fast and yummy! I nixed the tomatoes due to a picky 5 yr old, but followed the rest of the recipe and it turned out great! I'll definitely make this again. Perfect for a quick meal for the on the go family.

I really like this recipe and it was pretty easy. I did make a few minor adjustments though. I added in some taco seasoning with my chicken, threw in a few chopped red/green peppers, and added some taco sauce to the mixture. When finished, I had some of the mixture left over and no more tortillas so I tried it in a hard taco shell. It was good that way too!

I loved this recipe. It was very simple to make and I already had most of the ingredients necessary. I wasn't too sure about the coleslaw mix but it did stay very crunchy which I liked. A very easy recipe for a college kid to make on their own. I hope the leftovers taste just as good!

We love the flavor of this recipe! I did make one substitution... shredded lettuce for the coleslaw blend because I am not a big fan of cabbage. My husband took one bite and said it was a "winner"!

I haven't made this recipe yet but it sounds good. When we eat fish taco's cabbaage is used as an ingredient so I think the coleslaw mix on this would be good.

This was a wonderful, flavorful recipe. My family loved it and I will definitely make it again. I substituted honey mustard dressing for the ranch.
