This was delicious, a very light dessert. I too had the crust crumble so next time I'll crush the pretzels finer and make it more like a graham cracker crust. Definately a recipe I will share with my friends.

I made this for a graduation BBQ and make them in cupcake liners. Was a huge hit and plan to make the strawberry version for my next BBQ.

Wonderful!!!!!! Made the Pina Colada version. Made a few alerations to it, by useing fat free cream cheese, splenda, and lite cool whip. Got lots of rave reviews, and people never knew it was a "lite" dessert. Will be around for lots of pool parties this summer!!

This recipe is fabulous... I received lots of compliments and it's super easy. I used a graham cracker crust, an 8x10 pan, and cut these into bars... worked great. Be sure to get a big lime and squeeze out ALL the juice you can, then the lime and mint tastes will balance perfectly!

I made this as the dessert for my daughter's graduation "fiesta" open house. It was perfect for a warm, southern, spring night: pretty light, definitely refreshing, and best reason: easy and made ahead of a busy, busy day! I plan to try the piña colada freeze next time.

Love mojito's Tasted just like them. I made with whipping cream instead of cool whip and also added a touch of rum flavored extract. Every one liked it.
