This was delicious! I have been flirting with the idea of going vegetarian and this dish has made it that much easier. Love it, I used the cilantro and it gave it a great fresh flavor. Thank you Kraft!

I really enjoyed the salad! However, I would love some tips for an easy way of peeling and chopping the avocado if anyone has some. I also added a little bit more cumin because I like the extra spice. And, I used fat free cheese to help out the fat content.

I knew I would like this, but the shocker was that my husband (a meat and potatoes kind of guy)loved it too!

Loved this salad! I added ground taco meat, corn and cilantro. This was so good! My 5 year old ate it, too. It was a refreshing summer dinner. I loved how quick and easy it was.

Loved it and would recommend adding the corn and cilantro. I would even serve this as a side for a small dinner party.

I am always cooking a pot of beans for the week to try and decrease our consumption of red meats. This recipe helped me to make use of the leftover beans for another meal.
