What You Need

RITZ Reduced Fat Crackers, finely crushed (about 1/4 cup)

1/4

cup panko bread crumbs

Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

1/8

tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

egg

Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing

tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Tbsp. flour

tilapia fillets (1/2 lb.)

Make It

HEAT oven to 425ºF.

MIX first 5 ingredients in pie plate. Beat egg, dressing and mustard with fork in separate pie plate until well blended. Place flour on plate.

DIP fish in flour, then in egg mixture, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet. Place on foil-covered baking sheet.

BAKE 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Prepare using catfish or any other kind of white fish fillets.

Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.

Special Extra

Top cooked fish with a quick sauce. While fish is baking, whisk 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) softened PHILADELPHIA Fat Free Cream Cheese with 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard in medium bowl until blended. Gradually whisk in 1/3 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth. Stir in 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice. Pour into small nonstick skillet. Bring just to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; simmer 5 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve over fish.

My husband isn't a fish eater, and even he said this was good! I thought the breading was amazingly good and very crispy, but kept the fish moist and flaky inside. We combined this with the lemon sauce from another Kraft recipe (Pan-Fried Fish with Creamy Lemon Sauce for Two) and it was a huge hit, even with my picky toddler!

Made this tonight and wow, really wonderful! Easy and so good! The whole family loved it! The crunchy coating is so tasty, with the tender flaky fish inside....yum yum! This is a definite keeper. I made with tilapia. I also made homemade tartar sauce, a quinoa & brown rice microwave pouch and frozen microwave steam veggie medley of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. A simple meal to get on the table that we really enjoyed!

This was good but just needed a little something extra. I will always follow the recipe exactly when it's my first time making it. But next time, I will try some stronger flavors
