My husband loved the crispy crust on these!! He is a serious cook so I got rave reviews from him which is really huge!! One suggestion though: season fish! Fish was a little bland. The second time I used this recipe, I used it on chicken, seasoned it real good and it was a hit with my family! This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Excellent!! It tastes like the fish you get at an awesome Friday Nite Fish Fry. The only change I made was to use lemon-pepper seasoning instead of the red pepper. Definitely a keeper!!!

Fantastic! I upped the amounts of all the seasoning. I didn't have Dijon, so I used Horseradish mustard. I baked longer than 15 minutes since some of my fish was not thawed all the way. Next time, I will use even more of the seasoning and spray the foil with cooking spray.

Good but needed salt. Nice alternative to frying. (i used ranch dressing instead of the mayo and it turned out fine)

Had a great consistency and texture - fish stayed very moist. Not too "mustardy" tasting. Would definitely make again.

This is a great recipe! My 4-year old daughter even asked for thirds, and my son - who said he wouldn't even taste it - had seconds. I would use more garlic powder for a stronger garlic flavor next time, but this recipe is awesome!

We loved it, although it didn't get very crispy and I didn't want to overcook the fish. I think it's because I used frozen fish and it wasn't thawed all the way, which added extra moisture.

This recipe is very good. Made it tonight. My family said to make it again.
