I made this for a family Memorial picnic and EVERYONE loved it. The specific amounts in the recipe didn't seem right, so I had to add a little extra ingredients to make it not dry, but it had a wonderful taste!

This was so easy and delicious. My family loved it. Some family members do not care for potato salad, but really liked this one. I will be fixing this one again and again.

This recipe is awesome! It was quick and easy to make and tasted heavenly. This will be my go to dish for pot lucks this summer. The only draw back--I couldn't stop eating it!!!

This Potato salad was WONDERFUL. The tang from the cheese and ranch dressing just make your mouth perk up. The bacon just makes it fabulous. Only problem I had was with the microwave time for the potatoes. Some were cooked and some were not. I'll be more careful next time. It it DELISH!

I made this recipe using light Miracle Whip, light Ranch dressing, and low fat cheddar cheese. It was quick to put together and very tasty. I brought it to a community barbeque and it was completely gone, even though there were several other potato salads on the table. My only problem with it was the amount of potatoes. Three pounds turned out to be way more than nine potatoes. Cutting them into quarters made pieces that were too big to eat in one bite. Also, I needed to use a 3 qt. casserole to cook them because they didn't fit in a 2 qt. one and they didn't cook evenly (some of them were almost raw). Next time, I'll cut the potatoes into eights (not quarters). Also, since there were many more potatoes, I doubled the Miracle Whip and Ranch Dressing amounts. The amount of bacon and cheese was okay, but next time I would also increase the green onions to at least six.

would definately make again. This was a really yummy salad. I did add more dressing and miracle whip than the recipe called for, also added salt, which changed the "bland" flavor someone commented about in an earlier review.
