Yummy. I will double the sauce next time so there is extra for dipping at the table.

Very good! Pork chops stay so nice and juicy and tender. Even my son who normally turns up his nose at pork chops enjoyed these. That was a first. This one is a "keeper".

Great recipe! I added garlic to the marinade, used boneless chops and marinaded overnight - the whole family enjoyed it!

This was awesome! We aren't beer drinkers, so we did have to go get a can of beer, but it was well worth it. It came out perfect, and was so easy to make. I will definitely be making this again for my husband soon.

This is a great tasting and easy recipe. The taste is more "elegant" than what you would expect from a brew pub. I used Grey Poupon Mild & Creamy Dijon Mustard & added some rosemary to the marinade. I have made this twice & marinated the chops about 2hrs the second time.

My family and friends really enjoyed this recipe, and for the first time my kids ate everything with no complaints! It's a really delicious way to cook something common.

I made this recipe for four of us and it was awesome and simple! A different twist for a pork chop taste! Highly recommend this recipe!
