My family loved this recipe. My teenage daughter said is was better than delicious... it was awesome! That means a lot coming from a teen. Super easy to make. I did add some of the rosemary to the brine because I love the taste of rosemary. Will definitely make this again. Perfect recipe for a long day beside the pool!

As the recipe is written, it is quite delicious. I am from New Orleans and we like very seasoned food - not necessarily spicy, but seasoned. This recipe needed some tweaks to the seasonings. I defrosted my pork chops in the marinade and added a little extra sugar to the marinade. I also added some mustard to the marinade. To the sauce, I added some cayenne, extra stone ground Dijon, and a pinch of both sugar and salt.

Very good. Next time I make this recipe I will try using a boneless pork chop or even chicken.

Superb is right! Not a big pork chop fan, but my husband does. I made the marinade with Guinness and this was the best pork chop EVER!! Will definately be making again!
