this was a big hit at my house and super easy. i even made it again using chicken. the only change i made was to add some mrs. dash seasoning, but it was the perfect recipe for the first meal i cooked for summer guests.

Great recipe and super easy! My boyfriend and I both loved it! Definitely a keeper! I did reserve some of the sauce to use for dipping, and it was great. Also, I used a bit of dried rosemary instead of the fresh stuff and it worked great.

these were awesome! I used Guinness beer and dried rosemary instead of fresh. Both hubby and I really thought they were great. Good flavor, easy to make. Can't wait to make them again!

Sooooo good. Such great flavor, very moist too. I didn't have Dijon, so I used a creamy horseradish sauce instead....very good. Will make again!
