Brew Pub Pork Chops

Brew Pub Pork Chops recipe
Introducing the kind of pork chops you'd find on a brewpub's menu. These beer-marinated chops with a mustard-garlic rub sizzle with big flavor.

These chops have great flavor and stay very moist. Unfortunately we were having horrible weather and could not make them on the grill so had to make due with the broiler. I will definitely try these again this summer when we can grill them.

Very moist pork with tangy delicious sauce. Made it with a whole (2.5 lb) pork tenderloin- marinate for 4 hours, remove from marinade and pat dry, brown in skillet, coat with mayo mixture then finish in the oven. Definitely double the mayo mixture- heat remainder and serve on the side. Everyone lover it!

very moist and delicious. Would make it more often but ale is not a staple in my pantry.

Some of the best pork chops I've made. Definitely make more and set aside some of the mayo mixture for dipping. It's delicious.

Yummy. I will double the sauce next time so there is extra for dipping at the table.

Very good! Pork chops stay so nice and juicy and tender. Even my son who normally turns up his nose at pork chops enjoyed these. That was a first. This one is a "keeper".

Great recipe! I added garlic to the marinade, used boneless chops and marinaded overnight - the whole family enjoyed it!

This was awesome! We aren't beer drinkers, so we did have to go get a can of beer, but it was well worth it. It came out perfect, and was so easy to make. I will definitely be making this again for my husband soon.

This is a great tasting and easy recipe. The taste is more "elegant" than what you would expect from a brew pub. I used Grey Poupon Mild & Creamy Dijon Mustard & added some rosemary to the marinade. I have made this twice & marinated the chops about 2hrs the second time.
