Made exactly as written and it was great. I felt like it made enough sauce and no need to double it! Served with a side of mashed potatoes.

Good recipe. I did find that there was not enough flour to properly coat the fish so I did add a bit more. I did find the sauce very light and refreshing!

It might be because I'm pregnant, but I didn't really like this. The sauce had way too much lemon flavor and it tasted wierd with the breaded fish. but like I said it be because I'm pregnant lol

I doubled the sauce, used 4 tbsp squeezed lemon, and used Snapper for the fish. It was delicious! I added sliced red and yellow peppers to the fish pan just till heated, and served it all on top of basmati rice. Delicious!!!
