If you're one that usually puts a lot of lemon on your fish, you should try this recipe. My Hubby & I made this recipe tonight. We both loved & it has been added to our cookbook for future use!!

I was tired of always deep frying my fish, so I decided to try something different. I have a large family of picky eaters and they all ate all the fish off their plates! The only thing I did not give the kids the sauce because I know my children won't eat it, but I had it all and loved it. Will try again!

It was so good and had so much flavor! My husband is super picky and as I was making it all I could think was that he was going to hate it. He took one bite and told me to make sure I save this one. He LOVED it!

Totally delicious. My only mistake was adding two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice. One is plenty! Also, next time I'm probably going to double the amount of creme sauce. It just wasn't enough. Still delicious!

I was not impressed with recipe. I used cod and perch with it. Not sure if it was my fish choice, but, the flour made a cloppy mess with the dressing and the the sauce did not thicken at all. I will try it again with a different fish, but with no flour. So, for now I will rate this low, but I will make it another time to see if it was the fish. As for the sauce, not sure what went wrong.

I've made this twice already. It was a huge hit with my husband and two small children. I did change it a little the second time I made it. Instead of using flour I used corn meal, which gave it better texture. Delicious!

I cooked this tonight for my family and friends, it was a real winner, easy, great taste, will be cooking it more often, I did not coat the fish with flour, awesome taste.
