ive pan-fried fish but the sauce really compliments this dish!

The only thing I changed was to add a bit of white wine to the sauce at the end when it seemed a little too thick. Delightfully quick and easy, and the creamy lemon sauce sets off the fish deliciously. Will definitely make again.
