It was so easy and everyone LOVED it!!! And everyone thought it sounded strange, but once they tried it they loved the combination!

I made this recipe for a family reunion, so I quadrupled the recipe. Instead of the mint I added cilantro. It was a huge hit, everyone wanted the recipe. It's so easy and refreshing. Thank you for the idea. This will be a family recipe from now on.
