For diabetics, I used fat free graham crackers, Splenda granules for sugar, used Smart balance for butter, 1/3 fat cream cheese, sugar free cool whip, and sugar free jell-o. It was refreshing dessert for our bbq. I have had the idea of eliminating the cream cheese and use sugar free frozen yogurt to replace the cool whip/gelatin layer. Just mix the surgar free jell-o into the soften yogurt and freeze? Gonna try it this weekend, we have another gathering.
