This was so easy to make and absolutely delicious! The pudding box I used was 5.4 oz istead of the 3.4 oz it called for. But I used the whole thing anyway and it still came out amazing! The cake is super moist, even after five days in the fridge.

This was a quick wonderful dessert. I took it to a dinner party and everyone gobbled it up. Definitely will make this again.

Excellent tasting and easy to fix. May need to leave in the oven for 5-10 extra minutes if using stoneware.

Loved it!! Took it to work & my co-workers raved about it. I used 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground cloves & 1/4 tsp nutmeg in place of the pie spice. Will definetly make again. Makes many servings too.

Love the flavors. I had pears that needed to be used and this went over very well. Thanks for this delightful recipe.

This is a winner! I made it for dinner guests and they LOVED it. I sent half the cake home with them and they are still talking about it! In my oven it required 50 minutes of baking (I used a metal 9/13 pan). I will definitely be making this again - a delightful change from the expected pineapple!
