I used an 8 oz. can of pineapple tidbits (drained). I marinated for an hour but next time would marinate longer. I dumped the whole mixture into a hot skillet and cooked until the shrimp turned pink. I served it over rice. It is tangy, sweet and delicious! I will make this again!!

Very yummy!! The only thing I would change is maybe half the cilantro or leave it out all together as I am not a fan.

Loved it! Even our family's fussy eater enjoyed it. I did marinate it for at least 4 hours like others suggested.

Thank you sooo much! I made this as recipe called for but did marinade for about 4hours. It is the most favorable shrimp I have ever eaten!! We will be making this dish on a very regular basis!!! Thanks again for the great recipe. Jim

I also cooked in the frying pan as my grill has been lent out and it was too hot to broil. No cilantro but poured the mixture over rice and EVERYONE ate without picking or fussing. There wasn't even any left over for my lunch at school the next day! LOVED IT.

A bit disappointed - I expected more flavor. We made as directed except cooked it on the grill. Maybe marinating the shrimp for a few hours would make a difference? My teens added salt to give it more flavor.

Great recipe. BUT...there is always a but. You have to put salt and pepper on the shrimp. The brown sugar and italian dressing has a nice spicy sweet kick on the outside but the inside was bland. Fixed this for 19 and 20 year olds. They ate all the shrimp and pineapple. Had pineapple skewers for the people who didnt eat seafood and they loved it! Might try with chicken. Also i added a little honey and salt to the mixture.

A new favorite that gets requested often and I don't mind because it's SO easy.

Delicious!!! I made this last night with the Rice 'n Peach Salad, a Kraft recipe too. Both compliment each other. Will definitely be making again and would be terrific in the summer time.
