Delicious! Used thawed, cooked shrimp and canned pineapple chunks. Heated stovetop and served over rice. Quick, easy and very, very good!
I made this for dinner and served it with a rice side dish. It was amazing and even my kids liked it!! I didn't add the cilantro because we are not fans and it still tasted great!
This was fantastic! I too used canned pineapple instead but also added red bell pepper and onion to my skewers. We put the on the grill on low for about 8 minutes and the flavor was phenomenal!
I didn't put this on skewers. I tossed it all in a fry pan and had it with white rice. It was wonderful!! There was just the right amount of juice from the dressing and pineapple to lightly coat the rice. I also use canned pineapple instead of fresh, simply because I had some on hand.
