This was pretty good. We wanted it to be more of a sauce than a topping for bland chicken, so we doubled the sauce recipe. It was pretty good and we served it over whole grain pasta.

I am a picky eater and absolutely loved this recipe. The bacon adds a real nice flavor all of a sudden amongst the sea of tomato. It really adds to the someone unseasoned, bland chicken flavor making it a healthy and great tasting meal. We sided it with steamed zucchini, squash and white potatoes.

This didn't come out exactly as I was expecting, though it was good and very easy to make. The sauce came out like a pasta sauce so would suggest serving with some sort of pasta (I had made mashed potatoes not realizing what the sauce was going to turn out like). I marinated the chicken overnight in some of the dressing and def. suggest that for maximum flavor.

This recipe was easy and delicious. My husband, who says he doesn't like tomatoes, loved it, so that should tell you something. Also, it introduced me to a delicious salad dressing I hadn't tried before.

I thought this was tasty, no one in the family complained either. I think its important to eat some of the chicken while it and the sauce are still hot, otherwise the flavor seems to diminish as it cools. My husband says quadruple the bacon..... :/
