What You Need

cups rigatoni, uncooked

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

each large red and green pepper, coarsely chopped

jar (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce

oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 2 min. Add peppers; cook and stir 3 min. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done and peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until melted.

DRAIN pasta. Add to chicken mixture; toss to coat. Spoon half into 8- or 9-inch square baking dish; top with 1/2 cup mozzarella and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Repeat layers.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

It was very good. Only added 1 green pepper, but I think next time I will add half green and half red for an extra taste. Must say without the green pepper we did add it would have been bland. Added 2 cups of mozzarella cheese instead of the 1 cup. We will make this again soon. :)

This very good! My Italian husband usually doesn't like these americanized pasta bakes but he said to add this to the rotation. I used frozen grilled chicken strips for extra ease.

This was super easy to make and tasted very good. Definitely will make it again!

LOVED this recipe! All the picky eaters in my family thought this was a keeper, as did I! And so easy to make! I did cut down the pepper to 1.
