I wasn't sure about mixing maple syrup with it, but it added just the right touch to make this recipe delicious.

I made this for a party, omitting the maple syrup and onion (was out of onion) and used fat free zesty Italian dressing. INCREDIBLE! This was a huge hit with all the guests at the party and I have been asked to make it now for a large baby shower! I did use two apples, spritzed with lemon juice, and extra cranberries for color. I went extremely light on the dressing as well (I never measure). Fresh, quick and easy!

I used half a red onion (chopped large, not small), and the whole bag of cranberries. Also had to double up on the dressing and maple syrup! Everyone LOVED it.

Great recipe and so easy to make. Flavor is fantastic - just a hint of the maple gives is a sweet and sour flavor. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe!!

apple cranberry maple syrup a really different taste, having said that, I feel like the salad need more "green"--I realize that it is a coleslaw recipe, something was missing however. Might do a little experimenting next time--LOVE THE MAGAZINE, thanks Kraft!!!!!
