Idaho Tacos

Idaho Tacos recipe
We don't joke about food. Our fully loaded, taco-flavored baked potato with beef, cheese, green onions and sour cream is serious business. But yeah, the name is kinda funny.

I some what followed the recipe. I used the idea of it anyway. Instead of beef, I used ground turkey and instead of Taco Bell Seasoning, I used my brand. Very tasty! Even my picky eater liked it. Will make again in the future. It was very easy as well. Nothing better for a quick meal before taking the kids to practice because I just added a side salad and YUM!

This was SO easy to make! I cheated & cooked the potatoes in the microwave. They still came out great tasting. My son loved that he could add his own toppings to the potatoes like he does with tacos. If you buy larger potatoes, you only need one per person. I'd definately make these taco taters again.

Made this for supper last night. Was loyal to the basic baked potato recipe by including butter and a sprinkle of salt. Also added the jalapenos for extra zing. Zowie was this good! Would make a great football night snack with smaller potatoes!
