This cake is absolutely fantastic. I made it for someone's birthday at work and everyone loved it. Then Easter came around and it was time for our annual cake auction for Relay for Life and it brought $75.00 for the auction!!! It is fantastic and so easy to make!

This was a super yummy, very elegant looking dessert for very little effort! I made it for our annual Christmas Eve sledding party and it got wonderful reviews from everyone. And my 5-yr-old daughter helped prepare the dipped cookies, which made her feel special. This one was a winner :)

I made this cake for Easter and everyone LOVED it! I chilled the cake overnight and it was fudgy and delicious. It was so pretty, everyone thought it was a store bought cake. I got several requests to make this again.

Tasted wonderful. Fairly easy to make, but I greatly disagree with the 1 hr 50 minute time frame to make it in. With mixing the cake batter, baking it, then cooling it and refrigerating after adding the caramel frosting and before adding the chocolate frosting and wafers, I racked up 4 hours intermittedly. Will make again - my guests really loved this!

Oh my goodness--this cake has a stunning presentation, so the wonderful taste adds the cherry on top! I made it for Thanksgiving and everyone devoured it. Loved it. I will certainly be making this again!
