I've made this recipe several times and everyone loves it! Only difference is that I add a can of Applie Pie filling mixed in with the pudding.

I took this to a church carry-in and everyone loved it and kept asking me for the recipe. I followed the recipe except found that i needed more milk than it calls for with the pudding and left out the nuts.

this was relatively easy to make and tasted AMAZING! I impressed so many people with this dish. had everyone licking their bowls clean. absolutely going in the make again pile

It was one of the most delicious desserts I have eaten. I made it for Thanksgiving and my family absolutly loved it.

This recipe takes a lot longer than 15 minutes to prep! My family thought this was very good, but i like my desserts to have more "form". It was hard to serve presentably and did not keep its shape or layers, even after following the directions. I recommend putting the pan in the fridge to set the pudding layer before you try to spread on the remaining cool whip. I might make it again with cook and serve pudding to see if it can be served without looking like a big blob.

I have made this 3 different times and each time, everyone has absolutely loved it! I soaked the apples in sprite to keep them from turning brown. I also omitted the nuts. For a summer variation of this recipe, I used chocolate sauce instead of caramel, and used blueberries and strawberries instead of apples, then topped it off with a chocolate glaze....DELICIOUS!!!

I made this for a meeting my husband had. It was a hit. I turned it up a bit for Easter dinner @ Grandma's I changed the recipe: graham crackers for wafers, cook& serve lemon pudding for vanilla pudding, chocolate frosting (micro'd a little) for the apples and carmel topping. WOW!!! Didn't last long at l.

First time I used a graham cracker premade crust, 1 french vanilla pudding and 1 white chocolate pudding. Otherwise, like the recipe said. Second attempt, made it more like a banana pudding. Lined the bottom and edge of the pan with vanilla wafers, used 2 boxes of vanilla pudding--cook & serve.
