I seasoned the chicken when cooking. I used sour cream instead of mayo (not a fan of mayo). I also put spinach leaves on top of chicken mixture for added nutrient. The dough was kind of too doughy for me. I think I will make my own empanda dough from scratch next time. overall i liked this recipe and will make it again
Overall Good, week flavor, the crust trumps the center filling. Suggestion, i would make is to make bigger and load with more filling.
