Warm Spinach & Artichoke Cups

How can you improve on the classic spinach and artichoke dip? Oh, just by serving each better-for-you bite in its own savory, delicate wrapper.

What You Need

won ton wrappers

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped

cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

1/3

cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1/3

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4

cup finely chopped red peppers

cloves garlic, minced

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

PLACE 1 won ton wrapper in each of 24 mini muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, with edges of wrapper extending over top of cup. Bake 5 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

SPOON artichoke mixture into won ton cups.

BAKE 12 to 14 min. or until filling is heated through and edges of cups are golden brown.

Tried this on my family of picky eaters and they loved it! Found won-tons in the health foods section of my local Krogers. Great complement to top these with is sour cream!

I made these for Thanksgiving and they were a big hit. Everyone loved them, even people who didn't like spinach/artichoke loved it. Recipe was easy and quick which freed up my time to do something else. Will definitely be making these again.

I made this recipe with fillo dough instead of wonton and I didn't use the red peppers. Everything else was according to the recipe. They were delicious and our guests loved them. I will definitely make them again, perhaps using a little more cheese.

These were fabulous!! I added 1/3 cup sour cream to the mix. They are so easy to make and taste so good. You have to remember to precook the shells for 5 minutes before filling them - that keeps them crisp! Everyone loved them! I'm going to try some with crabmeat dip in them too. This recipe is a keeper!

These were very tasty and relatively easy to make. I wish I'd added more garlic and red pepper than the recipe called for. I also think it would be good with some chopped onion. The variations are endless as well! I think next time I will use goat cheese and maybe a little pesto.

huge hit at the party, everybody looooved it! so easy to make and not too time consuming - had no problems with the ingredients. the filling itself would make a delicious spinach-artichoke dip too.

Haven't made this yet, but something like it. I bet if you use mini filo dough shells it would work out better than the won ton wrappers. You can buy them in the frozen food section. I use 2 boxes for my recipe.
