An ABSOLUTE hit. Very festive looking and great taste. After making it I felt it needed salt and pepper fresh out of the oven but after sitting overnight and warming them back up the next day the flavors married together beautifully and no salt or pepper was needed!!

Made it for the in-laws last year and now they make it for every occasion! Now I need something to top this. Everyone loves this including the pickiest person.

Just made these and glad I did a trial run before taking them to our Christmas gathering Friday night. The concept is good-but they are way to bland! I'm going to add some ranch dressing mix to the blend and see if that livens them up~if not, I'll try something else. They have great potential!

I liked this recipe... The filling was very good, but next time I would use filo dough instead of wonton wrappers. They were not burnt, but hard when baked. Almost stale tasting. I would definitly make this again :)

I made these for New years and I thought they were okay but my guests loved them. I thought they were quite dry. I made the crab rangoon with the won ton wrappers and they were much nicer.

I didn't have a muffin tin so i folded them like envelopes. I didn't care for them, but people at the party LOVED them! Not a huge fan of the artichoke. But loved the ones w/ a mouth full of spinach!
