I have made this cake twice. It is a very easy to make and SUPER YUMMY!!! If you love chocolate then this is your cake.
I made this recipe yesterday and it turned out great! It looked like the one on the picture... When i was making it, i was so scared because of the cheesecake (mousse) was runny and figured it would not set good, but it did... but next time i would be making some experiments.... i would add 4 oz more of the cream cheese (half of 1 box) and the next one would be to lessen the milk into just 1 cup not the whole can (or maybe if you can specify the size of the evaporated milk.. there is a small one and the bigger one)... Will definitely make it.... the sweetness is all balanced and the mousse was so "custardly" in texture.... Thank you for sharing! MOre Power!
I've made this twice now, the 1st time I rushed through, skipped some steps & didn't have good results, but that was MY fault. This time, I took my time & made sure I did everything I was supposed to. My pan held exactly 12 cups of water, but I went ahead & reserved 2 cups of batter & it was a good thing, 'cause it wouldn't have all fit! It made some great cupcakes! The cake is amazing, and worth the effort, just make sure you don't skip any steps or leave out any ingredients.
I only gave this 3 stars because it looked amazing---so pretty. But the taste was on the bland side. Which is funny because of the all the chocolate in it. It was very moist but lacked in depth flavor. Gets a 10 for looks though.
This just turned out weird (could be my own fault), but it was too much work for the final product. My husband said it tasted like coffee and it didn't look like the picture. Okay, but there are better cakes out there.

Following the instructions to the letter, this recipe came out to be a visual mess. The test was only mediocre. The photo is extremely deceiving.
Easy to make but need the right bundt pan for this. NorWare cast-aluminum recommeded.Everyone loved this cake! Recipe makes a lot.
the cake is fabulous & my family loved it! however i used a 12 cup bundt pan & my cake too overflowed into the middle of the bundt pan - sure glad there was another pan underneath - i read & re-read the directions & still i am not sure why it overflowed???
