Following the instructions to the letter, this recipe came out to be a visual mess. The test was only mediocre. The photo is extremely deceiving.

Easy to make but need the right bundt pan for this. NorWare cast-aluminum recommeded.Everyone loved this cake! Recipe makes a lot.

the cake is fabulous & my family loved it! however i used a 12 cup bundt pan & my cake too overflowed into the middle of the bundt pan - sure glad there was another pan underneath - i read & re-read the directions & still i am not sure why it overflowed???

Absolutely delicious- a little work intensive, especially the first time making the cake. Was a hit at holiday family gathering! Will definately be making again- everyone was asking for the recipe!

I loved this cake and it was easy to make. The only issue is the water bath - it makes it hard to lift the pan in and out of the oven but it's worth it :)

I have made this cake 4 times in the past 2 months!!! It has turned out wonderful every time!!At Thanksgiving I tweaked the recipe and made it a Spice Apple cake with Pumpkin Mousse!! At New Years I tweaked it again and made it a Chocolate cake with Coconut Mousse!! Always a crowd pleaser!!!! Will always be in my recipe book!!! :)

It was such a delicious cake. Plus, it was a lot easier to make than I thought it would be. Highly recommend it.

I made this recipe twice in one week! It turned out terrific and everyone loved it. Used 10cup and removed 2cups of batter. My cake looked better than the picture on web! Follow directions exactly and make sure to cool in fridge (even overnight).
