Easy, tasty, and a crowd pleaser! I make this when I need to take something to a work function or brunch pot-luck.

It was a little bland. I added ham, garlic, and green pepper. It was very good.

Delicious! I made the following changes: substituted Texas garlic bread for the french bread, used fresh mushrooms instead broccoli or spinach, added 1/2 teas. dry mustard. The flavor was outstanding.

I made this recipe using chorizo, mozzarella and 1% milk...it was fabulous. Definitely be making again....

What a success! I made this for a last minute family brunch the night before. Also went the low cal way with egg substitute, turkey bacon and 2% cheddar and no one knew the difference. Definitely a must for the "OMG, what am I gonna make?" recipe go to.

Delicious, easy, and can be done the night before...it is the perfect recipe if having guests for brunch or breakfast. I served it at a bridal shower brunch and it was a huge hit!

I made this last week for my son and his roommates. They loved it so much they asked for it again this week, but a double batch. The only thing I added was a little creole seasoning. This is a keeper!!

So yummy! I made this recipe the first time for a Mother's Day brunch I hosted. Everyone loved it and went back for seconds and thirds. I made the recipe just as it's written but just made sure I wrung the spinach out really well. It turned out perfectly and I will definitely make it again!

I have made this with bacon & spinach as originally listed and with cubed ham & frozen chopped broccoli. Both were excellent. You can mix and match and make it any way you want. It is my 5 year old's current favorite recipe!

I made it with egg substitute and fresh spinach. Next time I will add seasoning, mushrooms and onion. A bit too bland for most of my table guests. But it was awesome with mimosas.
